International
The Lucky Golfer is pleased to offer FREE international shipping over $100 and flat-rate shipping as below for all orders under $100 with Australia Post.
Standard International $19.95
Express International $29.95
*Please note we are not liable for any further taxes and fees charged to the customer upon arriving for international orders if any applies. These charges are imposed by your Country, not The Lucky Golfer.
Dispatch:
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been dispatched, which will include a tracking number for the shipment.
- We will make every effort to ensure that all products are in stock and available for dispatch. However, in the event of a stock shortage, we will inform the customer and provide them with an estimated time of arrival for the product.
Delivery:
- Our standard delivery time is 2-8 business days for all orders within Australia. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location and the type of product ordered.
- If a customer chooses express delivery, additional charges will apply.
- All orders are marked as ATL (authority to leave).
- We are not responsible for any delays or losses that occur during shipping. However, if a customer has not received their order within 14 business days of dispatch, they should contact our customer service team for assistance.
Should you believe your parcel has been stolen once delivered, we will require a police report in order to process a claim, this includes where shipping protection has been purchased.
If the parcel has been returned to us as a result of error, or inaction on your part, then as a condition of us re-sending the parcel back to you, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges, that we incur for the return of the parcel, this includes where Shipping Protection has been purchased.
Error or inaction on your part may be, but is not limited to the following and is determined at the discretion of The Lucky Golfer.
- You not being available to accept delivery
- You entering an incorrect or incomplete address (including omitting a company name or unit number).
- You failing to claim the parcel for more than 2 weeks from date of the card notification in your mailbox advising you of attempted delivery.
- If you opt to cancel the order as a result of the item being returned to us, we will provide you with a store credit, less all shipping costs incurred.
